• Account Information: If you create an account (on the website or in our app): your name, email address, password (stored encrypted), and your rewards progress.
• Payment Information: Card and wallet payments (including Apple Pay) are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Partner Enquiries and Event Registrations: The business, contact and attendance details you enter in those forms.
• Reviews and Reaction Videos: If you send us a written review or a video of your reaction, the content you submit and the name you give with it. Approved reviews and videos may be shown publicly on our website and app.

This information comes from standard web server logs and from Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits without using cookies and without identifying you personally.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. As a personal delivery business, your delivery information is used solely by our founder to deliver your order. We do not share your data with courier services or third-party logistics providers.

We use the following service providers to run our website, app and orders. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes:

• Stripe - takes card, Apple Pay and subscription payments.
• Supabase - stores orders, accounts, rewards, enquiries, registrations and reviews.
• Vercel - hosts our website and provides cookie-free visit statistics.
• Google (Gmail) - sends order confirmations, discount codes and other emails we send you.
• Cloudinary - stores reaction videos you choose to upload.
• postcodes.io - checks your postcode is within our delivery area. Only the postcode is sent.
• Google Fonts and YouTube - load the fonts and the video embedded on our pages. Your browser connects to Google to fetch them, which shares your IP address with Google. The video uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Order records are typically retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
