Returns & Refunds

Because all On The Go Juice products are freshly made, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed products. However, your satisfaction is our top priority — please read below for how we handle issues with your order.
Perishable Goods Policy
Under UK consumer law, perishable goods such as fresh juices are exempt from the standard 14-day right to return. Once delivered, we cannot accept returns of juice products that have been removed from packaging or refrigerated storage.
We take great pride in the quality and freshness of every bottle we produce. If you are not satisfied, please contact us — we will always do our best to make things right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or contains incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order reference number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo if applicable
We will arrange a replacement delivery or issue a full refund for the affected items at no additional cost to you.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If you are not available at the agreed delivery time, We will attempt to contact you to rearrange. We are unable to leave perishable items unattended. If we are unable to complete delivery after two attempts, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge up to 12 hours before your agreed delivery or pickup time. To cancel, contact us directly at info@onthego-juice.co.uk.
Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as the products will already have been prepared fresh for your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
