Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the On The Go Juice website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

2. Products

All juices sold by On The Go Juice are freshly made, natural beverages. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images on the website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in product appearance may occur due to the natural nature of our ingredients.

Our products are food items and must be stored refrigerated. We accept no liability for products that are not stored correctly after delivery.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery

We deliver personally across Solihull and beyond. Delivery is arranged directly between the customer and David following order placement. See our Delivery Info page for full details.

We are not liable for any losses arising from delayed or failed delivery where the delay is caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g., road closures, severe weather).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the agreed delivery or pickup time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been delivered and accepted. See our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Food Allergens

Ingredient information is provided for all products. Our products are prepared in a facility that handles a variety of ingredients, including dairy and other potential allergens. While reasonable precautions are taken to minimise cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from trace allergens. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before placing an order.

On The Go Juice accepts no liability for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or accidental cross-contact where reasonable care and food safety procedures have been followed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and branding - is the property of On The Go Juice and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On The Go Juice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g., personal injury caused by our negligence).
