On The Go Juice is a small, independent business. All deliveries are made personally by the founder, David. We do not use third-party courier services, which means every bottle arrives fresh, handled with care, and delivered with a personal touch.

Our Delivery Area

We currently deliver across Solihull and beyond (B-postcode area). This covers Solihull and the surrounding West Midlands including but not limited to:

To confirm whether we deliver to your postcode, use the postcode checker at checkout. If your postcode is outside our current range, we apologise - we hope to expand our delivery radius soon.

Local Pickup

Can't get a delivery slot? No problem - you can collect your order from our Solihull pickup point free of charge. After placing your order, we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient collection time.

Pickup Address: Solihull, West Midlands. The exact pickup point will be confirmed via email after your order is placed.

Delivery Scheduling

Once you place an order, We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery time that suits you. We aim to deliver within 1–2 days of placing your order, subject to availability.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery on orders over £10. For orders under £10, a small delivery contribution of £1.50 applies.

Fresh Product Handling

All our juices are freshly made and contain no preservatives. To maintain freshness, please refrigerate your bottles immediately upon receipt. Our juices should be consumed within 3–5 days of delivery.

Because We deliver personally, your order will never be left on a doorstep without prior arrangement.
