Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account for the On The Go Juice app and website, operated by On The Go Juice Limited, and what happens to your data when you do.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the On The Go Juice app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app, email onthegojuiceadmin@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your profile and saved checkout details
- Your rewards progress and reward codes
What is kept, and why
- Order records are kept for six years because UK tax law requires it. Your name, phone number and delivery address are removed from them, and your email address is replaced with an anonymous code, so they no longer identify you.
- Used discount codes are kept in a scrambled form that cannot be turned back into your email address, so that a one-time welcome discount cannot be claimed twice.
Payment card details are never stored by us. They are held by our payment provider, Stripe, under its own privacy policy.
