Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the On The Go Juice website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

2. Products

All juices sold by On The Go Juice are freshly made, natural beverages. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images on the website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in product appearance may occur due to the natural nature of our ingredients.

Our products are food items and must be stored refrigerated. We accept no liability for products that are not stored correctly after delivery.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery

We deliver personally within a 10-mile radius of Birmingham City Centre. Delivery is arranged directly between the customer and David following order placement. See our Delivery Info page for full details.

We are not liable for any losses arising from delayed or failed delivery where the delay is caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g., road closures, severe weather).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the agreed delivery or pickup time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been delivered and accepted. See our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Food Allergens

Our juices are made using whole fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. While ingredient information is provided on each product, our products are made in a shared kitchen environment. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before placing an order.

On The Go Juice accepts no liability for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed allergens or cross-contamination where reasonable precautions have been taken.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of On The Go Juice and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On The Go Juice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g., personal injury caused by our negligence).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
