Delivery & Collection

On The Go Juice is a small, independent business. All deliveries are made personally by the founder, David. We do not use third-party courier services, which means every bottle arrives fresh, handled with care, and delivered with a personal touch.
Our Delivery Area
We deliver to addresses within 10 miles of central Birmingham. Whether we deliver depends on distance, not on the letters of your postcode. That includes, for example:
- Solihull Town Centre, Olton and Shirley (B90–B92)
- Knowle and Dorridge (B93)
- Hall Green, Acocks Green, Yardley and Sheldon (B25–B28)
- Nearby areas outside the B postcode, such as Walsall (WS1)
Some places are further than 10 miles, including Balsall Common, Coventry, Wolverhampton and Tamworth, so delivery isn't available there yet, but you can still order for pickup. Checkout checks your postcode before you pay. We hope to expand our delivery area soon.
Local Pickup
Can't get a delivery slot? No problem - you can collect your order from our Solihull pickup point free of charge. After placing your order, we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient collection time.
Pickup Address: Solihull, West Midlands. The exact pickup point will be confirmed via email after your order is placed.
Delivery Scheduling
Once you place an order, We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery time that suits you. We aim to deliver within 1–2 days of placing your order, subject to availability.
Delivery is available:
- Monday – Saturday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (limited availability)
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free once your order reaches the threshold for your area. Below it, a delivery charge of £1.50 applies. The same rule is used at checkout.
- Birmingham (postcodes starting with B): free delivery on orders of £8.00 or more. Orders under £8.00 pay £1.50.
- Other postcodes within our delivery area: free delivery on orders of £10.00 or more. Orders under £10.00 pay £1.50.
The threshold is based on your order total after any discount code. An order of exactly £8.00 (Birmingham) or exactly £10.00 (elsewhere) qualifies for free delivery. Pickup orders are never charged for delivery.
Fresh Product Handling
All our juices are freshly made and contain no preservatives. To maintain freshness, please refrigerate your bottles immediately upon receipt. Our juices should be consumed within 3–5 days of delivery.
Because We deliver personally, your order will never be left on a doorstep without prior arrangement.
